Label Anushree uses 3rd party logistics partners. Each has its own delivery timeline.
You can track your order status based on the shipping airway bill number shared via a shipping eMail sent during the dispatch date. You can track the details via our Dashboard or if you have access to the order eMail along with the Order #, you can track via the Track Order link.
All garments listed on the website are made-to-order, thus a minimum of 3 to 4 working weeks is required for the Dispatch.
The Dispatch Date is an estimated date for when the product will be produced for your order. We will send you an eMail when we have the order ready for Shipment pickup.
We are not liable for any delay due to Logistics and are only liable for the Date of Dispatch.
However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box addresses, so we request you to provide a full street address with pin code/ zip code. The correctness of the address is the customer’s responsibility.
In some countries, Fridays are normal off days. Further deliveries are generally made during the normal working hours of courier companies, and these vary from country to country.
Also, be aware that all shipments to any Hotels/ Colleges/ Schools/ Hostels/ Corporates are placed at the customer’s risk. If the institute’s warden/in charge does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, Label Anushree (Aunshree at White Solitaire Private Limited) will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account, nor shall Label Anushree (Aunshree at White Solitaire Private Limited) attempt re-shipment of the same order.
Costs/ Fees
We offer FREE SHIPPING across India.
International shipping for orders below USD 500 or equivalent will be estimated and displayed during the checkout process. The cost for customs and any other charges liable will have to be borne by the buyer. International shipping and handling rates are based on the size of your order. Shipping rates are based on the per-kilogram cost of the product or the volumetric weight, whichever is higher. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.
The courier company will try 2 times to deliver the parcel for international shipment. After that customer will have to pick up the parcel from your local courier office in your area, and the charges will be borne by the customer. For further attempts by courier companies, for delivery cost will also be barred by the customer as rescheduling charges.
Address change requests
Once an order is registered, you can request for address change within 48 hours of placing the order or before receiving the Shipment Dispatched eMail; whichever is earlier. You may send your shipping address alteration request to care@labelanushree.com and the needful will be done.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/ or fees & not Label Anushree (Aunshree at White Solitaire Private Limited). Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
All products are firstly polythene/ box packed & taped with Label Anushree tag. Then delivered to the courier service person.
In some cases, if customer have selected products from different shipping days’ categories, the overall dispatch date will be applicable as per the higher shipping days of their selected products.
What, if any, delays
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail and for the same, no compensation will be given.
Due to natural calamities like Snowfall, Flood, Earthquake, Tsunami, epidemic, pandemic, etc. In such circumstances, we would not be able to deliver products on time.
• Delays due to logistics or customs clearances are not under our control and thus we are not liable for the delay. We are only responsible for the “Ready for Dispatch” stage for timelines. Although we shall try our best to coordinate as much as possible between you and the logistics team.
VAT/ Taxes/ Customs Duties
VAT/ Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT/ Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by the respective country government.
International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility.
The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above customs duty on a case-by-case basis.
